The customer service at Vijetha Supermarket was exemplary. The staff members were courteous, friendly, and always ready to assist. This is one of the finest supermarkets in Vijayawada. Located exactly at the Benz Circle, approx. 6 km from the city center. They are the pioneers of proper quality products served in a supermarket. Despite massive competition like D Mart, Ratnadeep, Vijetha, etc., Modern Supermarket has an unshakeable customer base. Their stock arrangement is one of the finest USPs and can never be comparable to others. The staff members are all from Karnataka, and none are ever confused or have problems communicating with others. Like other supermarket staff, these staff don't act smart, pretending to be busy stars. All the staff are cool and helpful. Prices are 20-30%higher compared to other supermarkets. But quality, packing, brands, and a wide variety are fantastic, and no supermarket can compete with them. The ground floor consists of groceries, fruits, and lifestyle products. They have stainless steel, stationery, plastic, and other gift products on the first floor. Ground floor front has nice snacks, juice, bakery, and chat counters. This supermarket is one of the best.

Footwear, clothing, stationery, kids wear, household items, kitchenware, toys, electronic items, garments for ladies and gents of all ages, groceries, fresh fruits, chocolate, beverages - are available. Earlier, a hefty crowd used to visit the store, but later, many malls entered the city at various locations, which impacted the daily footfall into the store. But still, they maintain a range of good-quality products and the best offers. Reliance Industries took Big Bazaar under its wing in 2019. Later, the Big Bazaar becomes Reliance Smart Bazaar. Generally, it is not too crowded except on weekends and during holidays like major festivals. The staff are friendly and polite and help the customers find what they need. Four-store building with a basement parking facility. It is located near the Mahanti fish market area on Gopala Reddy Road. One can find other necessities, like fish, chicken, mutton, and other clothes shops, nearby. It is well-connected with many popular locations in the city and has good public transport access.
